I contributed the initial UX design and planning for an installation guide app for Bluon Energy, including wireframes and interaction design.

The process began with client interviews to fully understand the installation process end-to-end, as well as the common problems installers may have and what sorts of information they may need to quickly reference. It also involved understanding the actual physical circumstnaces installers would be in while using the app to ensure it was tailored that experience.
